Tai Chi/QiGong
Bring your aches and pains and leave without them! This ancient exercise system is being widely recognized to support wellness by releasing stagnation, improving energy awareness and relieving stress through mindful movements. The QiGong portion of the class teaches practical strategies for cultivating internal vitality (Chi). Summer session is 8 weeks long

Adult Walking Club (NEW)
Join us weekly for a tour of the park. We will meet at Proksa Park and walk the path for an exhilarating exercise every Saturday morning. We may also turn off the path and walk through the neighborhood form time to time. Routes can be determined each day by the group.

TRIP: Drury Lane: The Buddy Holly Story

TRIP: Batavia Quilt Show and Windmill City Festival
Come visit the Batavia Dept Museum annual Quilt & Textile Show! Last year’s show featured over 150 quilt and textile pieces created by local artisans. You can also enjoy browsing the vendor hall, purchase items from local shops and learn about classes they offer. We will then walk over to the Windmill City Festival located on the Batavia Riverwalk. The festival offers a flurry of spirited activities: main stage entertainment, food vendors, a flea market, and craft show. Bring spending money!
