Children’s Gardening on Saturdays!
If you would like your youngster to get involved with gardening, our garden club members are willing and waiting for their participation! Our club members will be working in the garden and want to educate children about gardening and have them get their hands a little dirty too!

Come out any Saturday morning at 10:30! Ages K-12. No Fee!

Every Sat. at 10 AM May 3 through Sept. 27
Gardening in the Park. All are welcome to help with Kids Gardening, planting, weeding etc. Meet at the Kids Garden in the Park

Mon. July 14
7-9 AM continue garden work
6-8 PM continue garden work
and you know there is no regular meeting this evening

Tues. July 15
7-9 AM continue garden work

Sat. July 19
9:30 AM gardening with the kids
2-6 PM The Carnival of Fun at Proksa Park! We hope to have a table there. We had a lot of contacts and fun last year Can you help?
6-8 PM concert in the park

Thurs. July 24
7 PM Tour of the Garfield Park Demonstration and Children's Garden.
Be there by 6:30. If you want to ride share, be at the Proksa Park Community Center by 6 PM Sharp. Friends are welcome.

Mon. August 11
6:30 PM – Kids Garden at Northeast corner of Proksa Park
in case of rain, will be held in Community Room at 3001 Wisconsin

POTLUCK! BRING A DISH TO SHARE
We are inviting you and your friends as well as the kids who garden each Saturday morning. Music, food, tomato tasting and judging, conversation, beverages and utensils provided.
