Children’s A-Fair
The Berwyn Park District presents the 2nd Annual Children’s A-Fair, featuring booths of information for parents regarding educational services, after school activities, party ideas, and community services. There will be food, fun games, face painting, class demonstrations, drawings and giveaways.

Centennial Fountain Dedication
Join us at Mraz Park for the dedication of our newly renovated fountain. There will be a special ribbon cutting followed by a performance by the West Suburban Concert Band.

Flag Day Picnic
Come out to Proksa to celebrate Flag Day during the Centennial Year of Berwyn. There will be lunch on the grill and commemorative flags for the first 500 attendance. There will be a blood drive on-site as well. Download the flyer here.

Centennial Day at the Pool
Soak up rays and bring the kids for a day of fun at the Freedom Park Children’s Water Park where admission will be free all day! Concessions will be available at regular price.

Independence Day Fireworks Celebration
Celebrate our nation’s Independence with the City of Berwyn, the Berwyn Park District, and the North Berwyn Park District’s Fireworks display. It will be held at Morton West High School and they will provide concessions. Get there early to get a good seat! We will begin at dusk.

Carnival of Fun
Step right up, take a chance, try your luck, at the Berwyn Park District’s Carnival of Fun! Included in this year’s carnival are many surprises and exciting activities for children and their families to enjoy. Proksa Park will be filled with carnival games, pony rides, and much more.

This event is joined by the West Suburban Special Recreation Association’s annual Wacky Quacky Duck Splash. Tickets for games and special attractions will be available for purchase the day of the event.

National Night Out
Join in and help give crime a going away party! There will be events for whole family to participate in! Law Enforcement and Fire Agencies from local, county and state will provide demonstrations. We will also have food music, entertainment, games, and much more!
