On Saturday, October 26, 2013, over 3,600 people passed through Proksa Park’s haunted trail and safe alternative to door-to-door trick-or-treating. The event also included a pumpkin patch, hayrack rides, bonfires, concession and a balloon twister.
Berwyn Park District’s Superintendent of Parks was quoted, saying: “in my 19 years with the Berwyn Park District, this is the best Safely Spooky yet!”
This event would not be such a success without the support of our local agencies, the dedication of our staff and volunteers, and the enthusiasm from our board. Thank you for your cooperation!
