Letters to Santa
Are you asking Santa for that special gift for Christmas? Make sure that Santa receives your letter by December 12, 2011. You will find these special mailboxes at Komensky and Piper schools, Proksa, Freedom, Smirz, and Hessler parks and the Berwyn Depot District.  These mailboxes will be installed by November 11, 2011. Please be sure to include a return address and the name of your child’s school on your letters so Santa can write back!

Mraz Holiday Lights
Celebrate the holiday season with the Berwyn Park District. Join us at Mraz Park for our tree lighting ceremony at Riverside Drive, 23rd Street and Grove Avenue an enjoy the sounds of the holiday, sung by carolers.

Camp Snowflake
Looking for some fun while off of school this winter? Then come to Camp Snowflake! We are offering games, sports, crafts, snacks, movies and a field trip. It's like a chance to enjoy day camp for one last week before the New Year.

Polar Express
Take a train ride based on the popular book “Polar Express” by Chris Van Allsburg.  BPD’s “Polar Express” will leave the Berwyn Train Station and go to the North Pole (Aurora Train Station). This delightful story will be read on our journey and when we arrive Santa Claus will join us for our ride home.

Please Note: All Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Registration will begin Monday, October 3, 2011.
Limit of 10 tickets per family – you must have all individual names and birthdates at time of registration.

Positively Pasta
The Berwyn Park District will be serving up its third annual Spaghetti Dinner at the Liberty Cultural Center, 6445 W. 27th Place. Come experience our fabulous Italian cuisine and that your money is going to a great cause.  All proceeds from this event will go toward The Berwyn Park District Scholarship Program.

Earth Day
