Picnic Policy
Room Rentals
The Proksa Park Activity Center’s Multi-Purpose Room is available for rental to public and private groups and businesses. This room is available on a first come, first serve basis. Room rentals are coordinated through the Proksa Park Activity Center and are subject to availability. A $100 refundable security deposit is required upon application and the balance is due at least 5 working days before the rental date. A room cannot be held unless a deposit has been paid. 2008 prices are now in effect.
Please contact the Park District in advance for all Room Rentals. A security deposit is required for any room rental and will be refunded approximately twenty-one days after the rental.
All special additions to your rental such as a DJ or inflatable must be submitted to the executive director in writing to be approved prior to your rental date. For non-district residents or other fees or to check availability, please call the Proksa Park Activity Center at 708-795-2892.
