"Call Me Jo is a trio of experienced musicians who have performed across the Chicagoland area for over 20 years.
Stefanie Brinegar is our female vocalist who teams up with Anthony George on vocals and acoustic guitar, and Ken Modaff on keys. Led by Stefanie’s powerful vocals, we cover familiar pop, rock and country songs done by artists such as Adele, Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flats, Lady Gaga, Carrie Underwood, Pink and Ed Sheeran. We also bring back songs of the past covering artists like Heart, Prince, Melissa Etheridge, Kenny Loggins, Fleetwood Mac, and Elton John.
Our band members have performed hundreds of times across the area – as Call Me Jo and also in bands including This End Up and The Chicago Hitmen. As part of The Chicago Hitmen, Stefanie and Ken shared in the 2023 and 2024 "Stage Performance of the Year” awards presented at the Josie Music Awards in Nashville.
